A leading international professional services organisation is looking for an experienced RFP Project / Operations Manager to join its high-performing BD & Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a global proposal and RFP automation platform, driving adoption, process optimisation and AI-enabled improvements that enhance the quality, consistency and efficiency of client-facing submissions.Key responsibilitiesLeading the firm's pitch and proposal technology platform, ensuring it is optimised, scalable and delivering valueDriving continuous improvement across proposal, RFP and credential management processesDeveloping data governance standards to ensure proposal content remains accurate, accessible and client-readyAnalysing win/loss trends and usage metrics to support strategic decision-makingActing as the key liaison between business users, technology teams and external vendorsDelivering training, guidance and best practice to increase adoption across the organisationThe ideal candidate will have5+ years' experience in proposal operations, business development operations or marketing operations (must-have)Experience with proposal automation platforms (Templafy experience highly desirable)Strong process improvement and change management expertiseExposure to AI-enabled proposal or content management solutionsExperience within a professional services environment, such as legal, consulting, accounting or financial servicesThis role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a globally recognised organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth.
