We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Social Care Professional to join our team. This permanent role is based in Laois and involves working with young people under the age of 12, providing direct support as directed by our client's policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in social care (minimum level 7) and strong knowledge surrounding child protection, HIQA, and leadership. A minimum of 3 years' experience post-qualification work experience in Children's Residential Services is required, along with a full clean driver's license.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Providing direct support to young people under the age of 12, as directed by our client's policies and procedures.
• Leading a team of Social Care Workers and Leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
• Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person, in collaboration with colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Collaborating with colleagues and other agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve the best possible outcomes for young people.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required, to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
