Project Manager Quantity Surveyor
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire quantity surveying process from pre-contract to post-contract, ensuring seamless project delivery and optimal cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties across multiple projects.
* Develop detailed cost plans, tender documentation, and procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
* Conduct thorough value engineering reviews and provide commercial input at design stages to enhance project outcomes.
* Monitor project budgets, assess variations, and prepare interim and final accounts in accordance with industry standards.
* Establish effective communication channels with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and deliverables.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Approximately 6 years of professional experience within a cost consultancy or project management environment.
* Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality projects across various sectors.
* Strong technical knowledge of construction costs, procurement methods, and contracts.
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in cost management software to drive efficiency and accuracy.
