Role and Reporting Lines You will report to the current Partner and play a key role in shaping the Finance Optimisation strategy.
* Client Ownership – Lead high‑value relationships and oversee major transformation projects
* Engagement Delivery – Design and implement end‑to‑end solutions for finance function challenges
* Process & Technology – Shape process design and support the adoption of automation/tech tools
* Team Development – Coach and manage a growing team of high‑calibre professionals
* Internal Collaboration – Work closely with tax, audit, and advisory teams to create joined‑up solutions
* Thought Leadership – Bring new ideas and insight into finance operating models and regulatory frameworks
