Job Description
We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic individuals to join our finishing department.
This role involves preparing, sanding, and finishing high-quality timber windows and doors to the standards our customers expect.
Responsibilities
Preparing timber components for finishing (sanding, cleaning, etc.)
Applying finishes such as paints, stains, or protective coatings
Inspecting products for quality control
Working as part of a team to meet production schedules
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
