HRIS Project Lead
to play a key role in delivering a business-critical digital transformation initiative
About the Role
As the
HRIS Project Lead
, you will be responsible for managing the
end-to-end implementation
of a new HR system.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery, adoption, and optimisation of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
planning, coordination, and delivery
of the HRIS implementation
Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other business functions to define requirements
Manage vendor relationships and ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
Oversee
data migration
activities, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and GDPR compliance
Drive
change management initiatives
and lead end-user training sessions
Monitor project budgets, risks, and performance, ensuring a smooth go-live and hypercare support
About You
Proven experience delivering
HRIS implementation
or
HR transformation projects
Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as
Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, Ceridian, or similar
Strong
project management and stakeholder engagement
skills
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
Understanding of
data governance, GDPR, and HR process optimisation
Previous experience in HR, IT, or digital transformation environments is highly desirable
