Overview
Colm Quinn BMW is seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales Department. This role is central to The Customer Journey at Colm Quinn, as you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their servicing and repair experience is seamless, professional, and enjoyable. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in building lasting customer relationships, coordinating with our technical team, and upholding the high standards of excellence associated with both the BMW and Colm Quinn brands.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers in the Aftersales Department.
* Manage vehicle service bookings, repairs, and follow-up communication.
* Provide clear updates to customers regarding progress, costs, and completion times.
* Liaise with technicians and workshop controllers to ensure efficient workflow.
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend additional services where appropriate.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with brand and dealership standards.

* Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service role (motor industry experience desirable but not essential).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
