Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled professional to play a vital role in supporting our financial planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing client relationships, and coordinating projects with other areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their queries, and providing timely processing of their requests.
* Proposal Management: Manage a pipeline of proposals, from submitting proposals to policy issue with product providers.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, scanning, indexing, post, and stationery ordering.
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within the financial services sector.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and tools for policy administration and client management.
* Education: QFA status or progression towards a relevant qualification is desirable.
* Personal Qualities: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
