What you’ll do:
 * Reconcile customer accounts and manage cash receipts
 * Resolve payment and grant queries
 * Liaise with operations to ensure timely collections
 * Manage SEAI grant receipts and customer refunds
 * Support finance and office administration tasks
What we’re looking for:
 * Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
 * Highly organised and detail‑oriented
 * Great communicator and team player
 * Comfortable working in an SME environment
