Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue sales opportunities with end-users in the electrical sector, focusing on cable glands, cable management solutions, and tooling.
* Develop and execute strategies to generate demand among end-users for their projects, thereby driving sales through the electrical wholesale network.
* Closely collaborate with marketing, customer service, inside sales, and product managers within the UK manufacturing site to drive business growth.
* Contribute to new business activity and team expansion in the first 12 months by consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in B2B field sales, preferably within the electrical sector.
* Experience selling to end-users in related sectors such as construction or manufacturing is highly desirable.
