Accounts Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and experienced accounts professional or general administrator looking to transition into an accounts and finance focused role.
CPL has been engaged by a major employer in the Shannon region to recruit an Accounts Administrator due to an internal promotion. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified candidate to join a globally focused environment and further develop their career.
The Job:
This role will be a key part of the shared services accounts team, focusing on supporting back office finance duties and accounts processing. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the candidate will cover duties including:
* Matching and processing of invoicing
* Investigating variances and potential issues in accounts reports
* Resolving queries
* Ensuring the accurate submission of AP payments
* Updating supplier account information
* Assisting accountants with monthly close processes
* Supporting projects across the team
Your Skills/Experience:
* 3rd level degree in business studies, accounting, or a relevant discipline
* 2+ years experience in an accounts, banking, or financial administration focused role
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people at all levels of seniority
* Strong IT and reporting skills
* Own car and full/clean driving license (ideally)
The Offer:
This position is being offered as a permanent role with a salary range depending on experience, expected to be between €30,000 and €34,000, along with a strong additional benefits package.
This role will be a hybrid position, with 3 days office-based and 2 days remote work. The initial training and onboarding period will be fully in-office.
