About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative freelancer to modernise and revamp our sales and marketing strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible freelance environment and can deliver impact quickly.
You will be responsible for reviewing our current marketing and sales approach, identifying areas for improvement, and executing strategies that will strengthen our brand, boost visibility, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Revamp
Audit our existing sales approach and recommend modern, customer-focused strategies.
Introduce new tools, techniques, and processes to increase efficiency and conversions.
Develop clear messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience.
Marketing Modernisation
Overhaul and manage our social media presence with engaging, consistent content.
Improve SEO performance to enhance online visibility and organic reach.
Refresh branding and ensure consistent voice, style, and identity across all touchpoints.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support sales growth.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with leadership to align sales and marketing objectives.
Provide weekly progress updates, performance insights, and recommendations.
Suggest and implement cost-effective marketing tools and technologies.
Requirements
Proven experience in modern sales and marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO, branding, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to create impactful content and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and improve performance.
Self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnels (advantageous).
