Leadership Opportunity for Young People Services
We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Social Care Manager, overseeing two residential services that provide support to young people in Greystones.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday with on-call responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the services, while maintaining a commitment to delivering high-quality care to our service users.
* A relevant degree, such as a BA in Applied Social Studies or equivalent
* Experience in management, preferably within the health and social care sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, stakeholders and service users
* An analytical mind, with the capacity to assess situations, identify solutions and make informed decisions
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, HIQA regulations and standards
