We Are hiring – New Product Development and Innovation Manager
At Keogh’s Crisps, we are passionate about creating Ireland’s finest crisps and snacks, all proudly Grown with Love in Ireland.
We are now looking for a New Product Development Manager to lead our innovation strategy and shape the next generation of Keogh’s products. This newly created, senior role brings together food science, commercial thinking, innovation and creativity to drive growth at home and abroad.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Innovation Strategy – Develop and own Keogh’s multiyear product development plan, keeping innovation aligned with consumer trends and brand purpose.
Bring Ideas to Life – Take new concepts from kitchen sample to shelf, managing formulation, testing, and launch with technical excellence.
Champion Consumer Insight – Work closely with Marketing and Sales to translate trends, data, and feedback into meaningful NPD opportunities.
Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with Operations, Quality, and Procurement to deliver outstanding new products efficiently and sustainably.
Drive Innovation – Build long-term innovation capability and help position Keogh’s as a leader in snacks and agrifood innovation.
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following knowledge and experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science, Food Technology or related discipline.
4+ years of experience in NPD or Innovation roles, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, food sector.
Experience within R&D Tax Credits processes and measurement, desirable.
Strong understanding of product development processes, regulatory frameworks, and quality systems.
Proven track record of delivering successful product launches.
Experience managing cross‑functional teams and project portfolios.
Strategic and creative thinker with a passion for food and innovation with strong commercial awareness and drive for bringing viable ideas to life.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Creative problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
Excellent leadership and team‑development capabilities.
Strong computer skills with excellent experience of Microsoft Office, NPD/Food specification systems.
High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
