Job Description
The Senior Centre Manager plays a key leadership role in the overall running, strategic growth, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance of the centre.
* Maximise the impact and reach of all services to achieve organisational objectives.
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with diverse stakeholders through effective communication.
* Cultivate and expand dementia services in line with strategic goals and targets.
The Senior Centre Manager is responsible for the operational, clinical, and administrative management of the day service. This includes:
* Motivating, coaching, and empowering team members to perform at their best by providing regular feedback and training opportunities.
* Implementing comprehensive performance management strategies, including setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and addressing any performance issues that arise.
* Ensuring the efficient management of human resources, including staff and volunteers; defining roles, allocating duties, maintaining optimal staff-to-client ratios, arranging leave, and processing salaries.
