Role Overview
As
Social Care Supervisor
, you will be responsible for the effective supervision and oversight of disability care packages for both children and adults across the community.
You will work closely with:
* Bluebird Care Coordinators
* Clinical Nurse Managers (CNM)
* General Manager
* Frontline Care Staff
* Clients and Families
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
* Complete and review disability care plans and assessments
* Ensure Bluebird Care policies and standards are adhered to at all times
* Support and supervise care staff in the community
* Monitor care delivery and maintain accurate reporting systems
* Identify training needs and support staff development
* Participate in the Bluebird Care on-call rota as required
