WicklowWe’re seeking a talented Property Solicitor to join a respected semi-state organisation, supporting its significant land and property portfolio. This is a permanent role offering the opportunity to work on diverse, high-value property matters in a collaborative and professional environment.Reporting to the Conveyancing & Legal Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing property transactions, providing clear and practical legal advice, and helping deliver on the organisation’s long-term property strategy. The work is varied, hands-on, and often unique, from dealing with rural and agricultural land to navigating complex title issues.Key Responsibilities:Handle property sales and purchases from initial instruction to registrationPrepare and review contracts, transfers, wayleaves, rights of way, licences, and other property documentsUndertake title due diligence and resolve complex title issuesAdvise on a range of property matters including boundary disputes and burdens on the estateProvide legal advice on commercial agreements and forest property acquisitionsEnsure compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirementsLiaise with and manage external legal advisers where requiredAbout You:Qualified Solicitor with 3–4 years’ PQE in Property Law and Conveyancing (experience in rural/agricultural property is a strong advantage)Strong technical conveyancing and drafting skillsConfident working independently with a high volume of mattersExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsCommercial awareness with the ability to give practical, timely adviceComfortable using legal case management systems and reading mapsThis is a rare chance to work in a permanent, secure role in a semi-state body where your expertise will directly support an organisation with a long-standing connection to Ireland’s land and forestry.
