A leading international Design, Engineering and Project Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing Irish team, with opportunities available in Galway or Dublin.
This is a key senior hire offering the opportunity to lead project delivery, strengthen client relationships and play an active role in the future growth and strategic direction of the business in Ireland. The position would suit an ambitious Structural Engineer who enjoys working on high-profile multidisciplinary projects and is motivated to progress into senior leadership.
Role
Lead the delivery of civil and structural engineering projects across public and private sector clients
Manage project programmes, technical quality and commercial performance
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure and building projects
Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting repeat business and new opportunities
Contribute to business planning, team development and strategic growth initiatives
Requirements
Level 8 Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Chartered Engineer status (or close to achieving)
10+ years’ consultancy experience in Ireland or the UK
Water or infrastructure project experience is advantageous
Strong technical ability combined with leadership, commercial awareness and communication skills
