Their head office team in Dublin 17 are now seeking an Estimating Administrator to join on a permanent basis.This role is ideal for someone coming from a site administration, document control, or office administration background who is looking to step into a head office environment and support a busy estimating department. Prior estimating experience is not essential – full training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the estimating team.Assist with document control, data entry, and report preparation.Coordinate tender documentation and maintain accurate records.Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.General office support duties.RequirementsPrevious experience in site admin, document control, or office admin.Strong organisational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Keen eye for detail and willingness to learn.PackageCompetitive salary and benefits.Opportunity to develop your career within a leading main contractor.Permanent role based in Dublin 17 head office.
