Facilities Manager A Facilities Manager is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of our factory and surrounding premises. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities management or a related field. The role involves co-ordinating maintenance of facility equipment, electrical services, and other plant systems. This includes overseeing contract works with external vendors, liaising with internal cleaning contractors, and ensuring all site maintenance is completed to contract and site expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plant systems, including compressed air, air handling, fire prevention, building management, and industrial water systems. They will also be able to read P&ID's/schematics and have systematic troubleshooting/problem solving skills. The Facilities Manager will work closely with the Operations and Engineering Manager to ensure that all facilities works are compliant with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols.
