Our client is expanding and currently seeking a full-time
Audit Manager
to join their growing team.
They are looking for a commercially minded, motivated, and ambitious individual who is ready for a challenge in a sector that has doubled in size in Ireland over the past three years—and is projected to double again within the next two.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality audit, accounting and advisory services.
Act as the main client contact, ensuring effective planning, budgetary control, and timely delivery.
Oversee and develop team members, maintaining high standards of work and client service.
Support business growth through advisory work and identifying new opportunities.
Requirements
Qualified Accountant with minimum 3 years PQE and 2 years management experience.
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting principles.
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and lead teams effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and commercial skills.
Salary and Benefits Package
Competitive salary (€75,000 – €80,000 DOE) with eligibility for discretionary bonus and profit-sharing plan.
35-hour working week with hybrid policy (up to 3 days remote).
