Senior Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee financial management, including budget planning, reconciliations, credit control, and fee generation
* Supervise administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and induction
* Provision of facilities, including office equipment and maintenance contracts
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
* Previous experience in a legal practice is desirable but not essential
* Staff management experience is essential
* Highly developed organizational skills
