Office Manager/Financial Accountant
We are currently seeking an Office Manager/Financial Accountant for a permanent position. You will be working in a fast-paced busy, but fun environment working as part of a team. Each day presents different challenges
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a central role in the growth of the INET Computer Solutions business in Ireland and the UK.
A key deliverable will always be inputting up to date information in the company CRM Autotask, all Accounts supported activities in Xero Accounts such as Invoice generation and issuing in a timely fashion to include all related administration completed in full.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years prior experience working with high volumes of data and have a high level of attention to detail. This role offers great career opportunities with room for growth in a dynamic organisation.
Duties include:
· Responsible for day to day running of a busy office
* Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
* Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions
* Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
* Help design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
* Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
* Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
* Achieve financial objectives by helping to prepare an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Preparing Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Management Accounts
* Revenue returns to include PAYE/VAT/P30.
* Monthly Payroll
* Bank Reconciliations
* Credit Control/Debtor Control.
* Monthly Cash flow & Forecast.
* Processing Purchase Orders & Invoices for resale stock.
* Staff Expense Accounts
* Creditor reconciliations & Payments.
* Preferred experience in Xero Accounts
* Preferred experience in Autotask Ticket Management system preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Candidates should be proficient with all the above tasks and duties - the right candidate should also have previous experience in managing a busy office. This role is ideally suited to an energetic individual with drive, enthusiasm and a strong desire to advance within the company.
Qualifications:
· Accounting Technician Qualified /Part Qualified desirable,
· Experienced in MS Excel, Word
· Exposure to fast paced accounts department, knowledge of Xero Accounts package desirable
· Strong attention to detail is essential,
· Ability to multi-task and to work on their own initiative,
