Job Title: Support Worker

About the Role:
* The primary objective of this position is to provide person-centred care and support that addresses the physical, emotional, and practical needs of residents.
* You will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality services that promote independence, autonomy, and overall well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
* You will act as a key worker for designated residents, developing and implementing individualised plans that reflect their goals and aspirations.
* You will provide support with daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and attending appointments.
* You will contribute to the development and implementation of person-centred plans, ensuring that residents receive the most appropriate level of support and care.
Requirements:
* A qualification at Level 7 or above, registered with CORU, demonstrating your expertise in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.
* Experience working in residential, respite, or day service settings, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support and care.
* Knowledge of quality assurance practices and national disability standards (HIQA), ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with best practice guidelines.
