Project Manager (Cost Management)
A senior project manager with expertise in cost management is required to lead a team of professionals in delivering construction projects.
* Preparation and analysis of feasibility studies, development budgets, and financial reports.
* Implementation of value engineering techniques to optimize project costs.
* Management of tender documentation, including bills of quantities, and analysis of tender returns.
* Co-ordination of programme analysis and budgeting for large-scale construction projects.
Key qualifications include:
* Chartered status
* 5+ years PQS experience
* Familiarity with the Irish construction industry
Responsibilities include:
* Managing support staff
* Compliance with Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems
* Preparing payment recommendations and agreement of compensation costs
