Corporate Tax Compliance Senior Manager

The Role:
This senior role offers responsibility for
managing corporate tax compliance for complex group clients
, leading and mentoring junior staff, and acting as a trusted advisor to client finance teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically strong, and eager to take on increasing responsibility in a dynamic, fast-growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the preparation and review of corporate tax returns for large, complex groups.
* Ensure full compliance with Irish corporate tax legislation and reporting obligations.
* Act as the primary tax contact for senior client stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with audit and advisory teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
* Mentor and develop junior tax professionals, building a high-performing team.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance compliance efficiency.
* Keep abreast of corporate tax developments, legislation, and emerging issues.
* Support business development and strengthen client relationships.
The Candidate:
* ACA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.
* Strong corporate tax compliance experience (typically 6+ years), ideally with complex group structures.
* Excellent technical knowledge of Irish corporate tax.
* Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and lead a team.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
* Ambitious, with a clear desire to progress to
partnership
