Job description Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on health, safety, and compliance?
We are seeking a Health, Safety Conducting regular site inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement; Supporting management and staff through training, guidance, and the promotion of a strong safety culture across all departments; Investigating incidents and near misses, preparing reports, and driving corrective and preventive actions; Maintaining accurate safety and audit documentation, records, and reports for both internal and external review; Assisting in the development and implementation of ISO and other compliance frameworks; Collaborating with department heads to review and update standard operating procedures (SOP's) and ensure adherence to best practices.

Criteria Relevant qualification in Health Proven experience in health and safety management, ideally within a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment; Experience conducting internal audits (ISO *****, ISO ****, or similar) is essential; Strong knowledge of Irish Health Ability to influence, engage, and promote a proactive safety culture across teams; Confident in using MS Office and safety management systems.
