Job Title:

Front Office Manager


Description:

You will lead a dedicated team in a luxury environment.

* Lead, support and train front desk staff to maintain high service standards
* Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
* Prepare weekly rosters for the Front Office team
* Work with the Accommodation department to manage room inventory and maximise occupancy/revenue


Key Skills:

Excellent leadership skills, ability to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact on the guest experience.


Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out reservations and guest queries. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact on the guest experience.
