About the Opportunity
We are seeking an
experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor
to join a well-established and growing construction business operating across Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to play a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality projects across the region.

, combining flexibility and autonomy with regular site visits throughout the western corridor — from
Limerick to Donegal and across to Athlone
. Occasional travel nationwide or abroad may also be required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the commercial and contractual management of multiple projects
Prepare, price, and negotiate tenders, variations, and contract terms
Manage subcontractor and supplier procurement, ensuring cost and quality control
Prepare interim valuations, cost reports, and final accounts
Monitor project costs, identify risks and opportunities, and implement effective recovery strategies
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders to drive project profitability
Support team members where required
About You
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
3+ years’ post-graduate experience
, ideally within construction, fit-out, or cleanroom environments
Strong commercial awareness with proven experience managing budgets, costs, and contractual matters
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Word (experience with Conquest or Procore advantageous)
Proactive, driven, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
