This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established law firm in Maghera, working on a varied caseload of residential property matters in a supportive and friendly environment.

The role involves managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and related documents. You will also handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, as well as carry out title checks and property searches.

Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors is a key part of this role, along with managing completion and post-completion processes, including Land Registry and SDLT submissions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process, excellent client care and communication skills, and the ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines.
