Role Overview : We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Telesales Sales Manager to lead and grow our telesales team.
You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting targets, coaching team members, and driving performance to achieve revenue goals.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record in coaching and managing high-performing telesales teams.
Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a team of telesales representatives.
Develop a Hibernia College Group way of selling and performance management Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for individuals and the team.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and performance reviews.
Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates Lead by example-actively support complex or high-value sales, participating in top funnel sales activities such as webinars, events, graduation ceremonies when necessary.
Analyze sales data and produce regular reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards in all customer interactions.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve lead quality and feedback loops.
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Require d Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in a telesales environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Excellent leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to analyze data and optimize performance based on insights.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Results-oriented, driven, and adaptable.
Desirable: Experience in B2C telesales .
Experience in the eduation sector, and/or compliance sectors Experience working in high-growth or target-driven environments.
