As a Medical Claims Assessor, you will be part of a professional team in a medical insurance claims department. This role is located in D15 and can be accessed via public transport.
Your primary duties will include responding to incoming emails and calls, handling member queries, processing member claims,
processing payments and subscriptions, acknowledging customer complaints, general administration and ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
1. A recent relevant experience as a claims assessor with expertise in processing claims;
2. An understanding of the company's procedures and best practices;
3. The ability to manage complex enquiries;
