We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health needs, sensory and physical impairments, and behaviors that challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive assessments, interventions, care planning, and onward referrals
* Manage complex clinical caseloads with advanced reasoning and autonomous decision-making skills
* Develop and oversee personalized therapy programs, adaptations, equipment, and activities
Requirements:
* Hold a CORU-recognised Occupational Therapy qualification
* Have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience working with adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and complex behaviors
* Have knowledge of sensory processing in adults
* Be an effective team player with experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT)
