Key Responsibilities:
* Manage renewal processes and maintain strong client relationships
* Process policy amendments, account entries, and communicate with clients regarding claims and correspondence
* Maintain accurate records and files
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* AAPA qualification is mandatory; CIP qualification is an asset
* Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
* Familiarity with software solutions such as Relay can be beneficial
