On our two-year Graduate Programme, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects from the very start. Note: While you’ll start in a specific team, client-facing roles naturally evolve over time, offering the chance to work with different clients, teams and sectors across Mace Consult as projects and priorities change.
What you’ll do
Responsibilities

Collaborating with the project team to support the delivery of project objectives in alignment with the Project Plan
Partnering with relevant stakeholders and contributing to risk management and mitigation strategies
Assisting in tracking project changes and ensuring they are processed and formalised within agreed timeframes
Gathering information and conducting research as required
Updating and managing existing project plans, processes, and procedures to support successful project delivery under guidance
Working effectively as part of a multi‑disciplinary team

You will also work towards gaining professional membership of a professional association, fully funded and supported by us. Depending on your existing qualifications and your career goals, options include the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the Association for Project Management (APM), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), or Engineers Ireland.

About You

A future or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher in any subject
Adaptability and a positive approach to frequent travel across project sites or Mace Consult offices
