Site Manager Residential Development (Wexford Area) Start Date: Early New Year Location: Just outside Wexford Town Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new residential development located just outside Wexford.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a high-quality project with a reputable developer and play a key role in delivering modern homes to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site operations from groundwork to handover.
Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
Coordinate daily site activities, deliveries, and schedules.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain site records/documentation.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and local authorities.
Monitor quality control and ensure snag-free delivery.
Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential builds (housing developments or similar).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and multiple teams.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field (desirable but not essential).
Current Safe Pass and other required site certifications.
