Kate Cowhig International Healthcare Recruitment (KCR) is currently recruiting Social Care Leaders/ Designated Centre Administrators for an inclusive and progressive organization committed to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism – assisting them to lead full and valued lives within their respective communities.
Candidates must have a solid understanding of disability services within Ireland.
Location of Post: Limerick City
Minimum Criteria:
Hold a minimum Level 8 Qualification in Social Care, Social Work or Nursing
Minimum 3 years' experience working with people with an Intellectual Disability
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have a strong working knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
Have previous supervisory experience
Possess a full clean driving licence, own vehicle and be willing and able to drive a vehicle with up to 8 passenger seats
Desirable Criteria:
Working with budgets and accounts
Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
A relevant Level 6 qualification in People Management
1 to 3 years Management experience while not essential is desirable
