Primary Responsibilities
* Leading QA strategy across mobile team to ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives.
* Leading mobile QA organization and overseeing the development of multiple QA teams and their alignment
* Developing and maintaining high-quality standards, as well as ensuring they are applied consistently across teams, is the goal of process and quality standardization.
* Management of budgets, resources, and operational costs for QA departments, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
* Defining and measuring key quality metrics, ensuring results are actionable for stakeholders and executives.
* Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers / automation engineers while maintaining hands-on development of automation frameworks
* Architect and implement AI-enhanced testing solutions for complex mobile security applications
Technical Skills
* Designing large-scale test automation strategies and frameworks across the organization.
* Experience with performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner at an enterprise scale.
* Expertise in a variety of test management and reporting tools
* Advanced proficiency in mobile automation frameworks
* Experience with AI-powered testing tools
Leadership Skills
* Establishing and driving an organizational-wide vision for quality assurance through visionary leadership.
* Ensure that QA strategies are aligned with the business objectives by collaborating with leadership across development, product, operations, and executive teams.
* Lead and manage large-scale changes to QA processes, tools, and culture.
* Communicating QA goals, risks, and progress to the senior management team and other stakeholders.
* Ensure the growth and development of future leaders within the QA organization.
