The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing BIM delivery across multiple projects, working closely with BIM Project Leads and external partners, including outsourced teams. While coordination and guidance are key aspects of the role, it does not involve direct line management responsibilities.Strong organisational skills are required to manage competing priorities, timelines, and resources across several active projects, ensuring alignment with project programmes and quality standards.
