Job Opportunity: Site Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Development Specialist to play a crucial role in the successful completion of construction projects nationwide.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate site drawings and ensure they meet project requirements
* Monitor the work of sub-contractors and oversee the progress of the project
* Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
* Complete setting out using total station and GPS technology
* Supervise ground works and contractors, ensuring they adhere to safety standards
* Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project
* Regularly report on project progress to stakeholders
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant Engineering or Construction-related Degree, accompanied by 2+ years of experience in Ireland or the UK. Strong team player skills are essential for success in this role.
