Job Title: Membership and Client Services Coordinator
Job Description:
The role of the Membership Executive is to contribute to the effective administration and delivery of membership services. This involves managing membership enquiries, approving and invoicing new members, processing membership payments, and reporting on revenue and membership targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage membership enquiries and respond to member queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Approve and invoice new members and ensure payment is received.
- Process all membership payments and reconcile accounts.
- Report on revenue and membership targets as set.
Administration Tasks:
- Manage CRM system and maintain accurate records of member data.
- Manage event bookings, invoicing, and reporting.
- Prepare membership and graduate certificates as required.
- Implement and support company initiatives and programs as requested.
Requirements:
- Educated to college/university level with 3-5 years of experience in an administration-type role.
- Strong organisational time management and administration capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- The Membership Executive represents members and must project a positive image at all times.
- This role is offered on a full-time basis, 38 hours per week.
