Temporary General Administrator Position
We are seeking a Temporary General Administrator to support our rapidly growing team during a busy growth phase.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage office phone lines, emails, visitors, files, appointments, and general administration.
* Perform daily filing, photocopying, scanning, and document binding.
* Scan and distribute incoming and outgoing post.
* Evaluate and improve turnaround times to meet deadlines.
* Maintain and update stationery and kitchen supplies.
* Provide ad-hoc support for project requirements and compliance.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
* Ability to adapt skillset across reception, secretarial, and office management duties.
* Drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous administration experience is desirable.
