The Income Auditor is responsible for verifying and reconciling all hotel revenue including rooms, food, and beverage to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Key responsibilities include auditing daily revenue reports, reconciling credit card and cash transactions, verifying guest charges, and preparing both daily and monthly financial summaries and reports.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
* Proficient in systems such as Oracle, Opera, Micros Simphony, Book4Time, banking platforms, FACTO, Evention, Envision, and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong communication skills across departments.
* High attention to detail, integrity, and objectivity.
* Proven problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Intermediate English proficiency (A2–B1) and strong Spanish communication skills.
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
