Gallagher Ireland is part of the Arthur J Gallagher Group, one of the largest insurance brokerages in the world. Due to ongoing growth and expansion, we are now seeking a number of Commercial Account Executives, based in our Dublin, Wexford, and Limerick offices. These are full-time, permanent roles.

How you'll make an impact
* Manage client/prospect relationships and grow your portfolio/existing accounts by providing appropriate insurance and risk management solutions.
* Negotiate with insurers to obtain optimal coverage and terms that meet client requirements.
* Manage your workload effectively to service client relationships and complete placements within deadlines.
* Keep client information and sales plans up to date.
* Proactively build a sales pipeline to meet sales targets.
* Build strong working relationships and collaborate with other Gallagher teams, always treating others fairly and respectfully.
* Manage renewal lists within required timelines, adhering to policies and procedures.
* Obtain renewal information from clients for review and re-broking.
* Prepare and issue submissions to markets using online systems, written submissions, or calls to insurers.
* Prepare and issue client renewal terms and supporting policy documents, including debiting premiums as required.
* Ensure MCC compliance and maintain CPD hours (4 hours quarterly), adhering to compliance and legislative requirements.
* Advise customers on policy implications, including conditions and exclusions.
About you
* Proven industry experience in an Account Executive role within a brokerage/insurance environment.
* This is an MCC role; the minimum requirement is Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP), with progress towards MDI qualification.
* Extensive knowledge of the commercial insurance market, products, and services, along with a robust industry network.
