A well-established SME based in Balbriggan is seeking an experienced
Senior Financial Accountant
to join their finance team.
This is a key role within the business, working closely with the Head of Finance and contributing to the ongoing growth and financial management of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Production of group and consolidated accounts
Oversight of financial reporting for both Irish and UK entities
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide financial insight and analysis
Requirements
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Minimum of 5+ years post-qualified experience
Proven experience within an SME environment is essential
Background in construction or manufacturing sectors required
Strong technical expertise in accounts preparation and consolidations
Experience managing both Irish and UK accounts
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
Valid visa to work in Ireland
