The opportunity: Join EY FSO Ireland and work with a diverse region, delivering major financial services transformations from strategy to execution.
You will collaborate with experienced teams on complex programmes and help our clients solve their business and technology challenges.
Key responsibilities
Support management to deliver major business transformation programmes.
Manage and coach junior resources.
Ensure high-quality project deliverables are produced on time and within budget.
Shape creative and innovative solutions to address client issues.
Support engagement contracting processes (SOWs) and client communications.
Contribute to engagement management, staffing, and issue communication to leaders.
Coach junior team members and support Service Quality practices and standards.
Support business development activities and internal performance metrics.
Promote the Business Transformation community of practice within EY.
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role, you must have:
3+ years' experience in a management consultant or business analyst role
Experience in Financial Services
Strong Excel and Power Point skills
Ability to engage and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders
Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty
Ideally, you will also have:
Project Management Certification and/or Agile certification desirable (e.g.
PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
Experience using project and portfolio management tools (e.g.
Clarity)
Management Consulting experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience managing budgets
