Accounts Coordinator – Short-Term Rentals
A key finance team member responsible for coordinating all aspects of accounts within a short-term rental business.
This role involves:
* Managing property income and expenditure
* Preparing owner statements
* Handling invoice processing
* Supporting month-end reporting.
* Acts as a central point of contact between finance, operations, and property owners to ensure accurate financial records, timely payments, and clear communication.
* Works closely with guest services and property management teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain up-to-date financial data across multiple properties.
Salary starting from €26,000 depending on experience.
The role is a 3 day per week role - 2 days work from home and 1 day in the office. This is completely flexible.
