Food Service Manager Job Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to manage and oversee food preparation in our high-volume restaurant and bar area.
* Manage and prepare your section to supply exquisite dishes using the finest ingredients for everyday food service in a very busy environment
* Assist the Head Chef in maintaining culinary standards, producing exceptional dishes and enhancing the guest experience
Responsibilities:

Manage your section and assist with the everyday service of a busy restaurant & bar within a hotel setting
o Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
o Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed

Prepare and manage high-quality dishes using the finest ingredients and produce, meeting culinary standards
*
Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain and set culinary standards, ensuring consistency across menus
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2-3 years of Chef de Partie experience within a 4*/5* hotel or similar environment
* Fine Dining experience is considered an advantage
* Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Exceptional attention to detail and a positive hands-on attitude
