Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for all employees, ensuring that all HR matters are dealt with effectively and to the highest standards. They will also be responsible for recruitment projects, job specification, and providing HR direction to drive the overall capabilities and success of the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 8 years of successful HR experience and contribution, with 5 in senior management.
* Experience in a construction/engineering environment is ideal.
* Ability to operate successfully and independently using own initiative and sound judgement.
* Propose and implement practical and cost-effective HR improvements to the business in line with emerging business needs.
