As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, working closely with the kitchen team and senior hotel management to deliver a seamless guest experience.
This role suits an experienced Restaurant Manager or a strong Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to step into a larger, more rounded position.
